    What you need to know

    Origins

    The chair is handmade by skilled artisans in Vietnam and the covers are handmade by seamstresses in China

    Frame composition

    Handmade from solid oak

    Sheepskin cover composition

    100% sheepskin, responsibly sourced from New Zealand. Each cover is made from 100% natural, unbleached wool so there may be some variation in colour

    Linen covers composition

    Standard cushion covers are 40% Linen, 30% cotton, 30% viscose. If you order your Squishbag in a made-to-order fabric, these will arrive as a separate set of covers (simply pop these on top of the linen cushions).

    Cushion composition

    The seat cushion has a foam core with a fibre wrap and the back cushion is fibre filled

    Care

    See care instructions for wood. Sheepskin cushion covers should be professionally leather cleaned only.

    Assembly

    Chair arrives fully assembled with lovely linen covers. Your sheepskin covers come as an additional set and will be packaged separately - simply pop these on top of the existing cushion covers.

    Our delivery price for large items is £95, but for good reason. It covers an expert two-person team who'll bring everything in, set it up properly, and make sure everything's perfect. No lugging, no stair-pivoting, no drama - just a properly top-notch delivery service.

    1. Book your date

      Book your delivery date with our online booking tool. Our delivery partner Wincanton will treat your new piece (and your home) with care. Their two-person teams are specialists, and essentially a trusted extension of our own.

    2. Get ready

      You will get a notification 48 hours before to confirm a 2-hour window.

    3. Job done

      We don’t just drop your order at your door and leave you to it. Our full delivery service includes carrying everything to the room of your choice, assembling it properly and taking away the packaging too – so it’s ready to enjoy, not just ready to unpack.

    14 day rest-drive

    If you're not 100% happy you can return your items within 14 days, no questions asked. Simply give us a call on 0203 141 8300 or click here to request a return. Just a heads-up, a £95 collection fee will be charged and the original delivery cost won't be reimbursed.
