Remove all seat and back cushions. Pull upwards on the middle of the metal frame until you can bring the frame towards you. Keep pulling to unfold the bed. It is normal for there to be a small gap between the sofa and the bed frame.

Our delivery crew will install your sofa bed and take away the packaging.
